The fabric is made of polyester DTY75D as the main raw material; it is woven on a warp knitting machine, the product has bones and strength, the fabric feels soft, and has a strong sense of wool. After pre-treatment, heat-setting and wet treatment before dyeing, the fabric shrinks and the density increases; flame-retardant elements are added during dyeing, and then high-humidity pressing and ironing by ironing machine to obtain gloss and fiber straightening effect. Golden velvet is not real flannel.
Gold velvet use
It is used in the fields of home curtain cloth, car decoration cloth, sofa cover cloth, luggage lining and cushion, especially after printing, it is more suitable for hotels, hostels, theaters and other public places and home decoration. The fabric width is 160cm, and each meter of cloth weighs about 250 grams. The flannel currently on the market with a wholesale price of about 14.50 yuan per meter is suitable for making clothes without downturning.
