About Drevanti Hoodies
Drevanti Hoodies is a hoodie manufacturer and supplier based in Henghe Town, Cixi, Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. Since 2010, we have focused on hoodie and sweatshirt production for apparel brands, importers, wholesalers, distributors, retail programs and private-label buyers.
Our main production covers blank hoodies, oversized hoodies, zip-up hoodies, heavyweight hoodies, fleece hoodies, French terry hoodies and related sweatshirt programs for men, women and kids.
Rather than supplying only standard finished styles, we also work with buyers on OEM and private-label development, from initial specifications and sampling through bulk production, inspection, packing and export preparation.

Our production facility covers around 12,700 m² and supports garment production, inspection, finishing, packing and warehouse operations.
Production is organized around approximately eight sewing and garment lines, supported by fabric inspection, CAD pattern development, spreading, cutting, sewing, finishing and inspection equipment.
Monthly capacity is usually around 100,000–150,000 hoodies and sweatshirts, depending on fabric, construction, decoration and order complexity.
For us, production starts with clear specifications. Fabric, measurements, workmanship, artwork, labels and packaging are normally confirmed before bulk manufacturing begins.
OEM & Private Label Support
We support buyers developing hoodie programs from tech packs, size charts, reference garments, artwork or defined product specifications.

Sampling Before Bulk Production
We normally recommend approving a sample before moving into bulk production.
Basic samples usually take around 7–12 days, while more customized developments may take around 10–18 days depending on fabric sourcing, fit development, trims and branding requirements.
The approved sample, together with the confirmed fabric, size chart, artwork, labels and packing specifications, becomes the reference for bulk production.
This helps both sides manage expectations before larger quantities are produced.
Production Follow-Up & Quality Control
Quality control is carried out at different production stages rather than only at the end of an order.
Typical checks include:
- Incoming fabric review
- Pattern and cutting checks
- Sewing and workmanship inspection
- Logo and decoration positioning
- Key garment measurements
- Appearance and finishing
- Labels and barcode verification
- Needle detection when required
- Packing checks
- Final random inspection
Third-party testing for fabric composition, colorfastness, shrinkage or other buyer-required items can also be arranged when needed.
Wholesale & Repeat Order Support
We work with both new product developments and repeat wholesale programs.
For repeat orders, previously approved specifications can help maintain consistency in fabric, fit, measurements, branding and packaging. Buyers can also update colors, quantities, labels or other details for later production runs when required.

Packaging & Export Support
Packaging can be arranged according to the buyer’s distribution and retail requirements, including individual poly bags, size stickers, barcode labels, hangtags, branded bags and export cartons.
