Custom Hoodies Developed Around Your Specifications
Drevanti develops custom hoodies for apparel brands, streetwear labels, importers, wholesalers and private-label buyers. Projects can start from a complete tech pack, size chart, artwork, physical garment or a clear product reference.
We review the intended style, fabric, GSM, fit, colors, size range, branding, labels, trims and packaging before confirming the development plan. This initial review helps identify details that may affect material availability, sample cost, MOQ, production time and finished appearance.
Fabric, GSM and Color Options
Available fabric directions include cotton, cotton/polyester blends, CVC, French terry, brushed fleece, polyester fleece and matching rib fabrics. The suitable option depends on the season, target handfeel, hoodie construction, fit and price level.
GSM should be evaluated together with fiber content, knit structure and finishing. Two fabrics with the same GSM may produce different warmth, drape and surface texture. Buyers can review these factors through our Fabric & GSM Customization process.
Pantone-based color development can be arranged where suitable. Custom-dyed fabrics and special colors may require higher quantities and additional preparation time.
Fit, Size and Hoodie Construction
Regular, oversized and buyer-defined fits can be developed from a tech pack, measurement chart or reference garment. Important confirmation points include chest width, body length, shoulder position, sleeve length, hood dimensions, pocket placement and rib proportions.
Oversized hoodies require balanced adjustments across the shoulder, body, sleeve and length rather than simply increasing every measurement. Our Fit & Size Development process covers pattern preparation, measurement review and size grading before bulk cutting.
Construction details such as pullover or zip-up design, hood shape, kangaroo pocket, zipper, drawcord, cuff and hem should be defined before sampling.
Logo and Brand Application
Printing, embroidery and patches can be developed from approved artwork. Buyers should provide the logo file, dimensions, colors and placement requirements. Fabric texture, stretch, GSM and logo detail may influence the most suitable application method.
The physical sample is used to confirm logo scale, color, position and appearance. Digital mockups are helpful for planning, but the final result should be reviewed on the selected fabric. Available options are explained on our Logo Printing & Embroidery page.
Labels, Trims and Packaging
Private-label details may include neck labels, care labels, size labels, hangtags, barcode labels, drawcords, zippers and selected trims. Packaging can include individual poly bags, size stickers, branded bags and export cartons.
Label artwork, barcode data, packing quantities and carton marks should be confirmed before bulk packing. More information is available under Private Label & Custom Packaging.
Sample Development and Approval
Basic hoodie samples usually take around 7–12 days. More customized developments normally require 10–18 days, depending on fabric sourcing, fit revisions, trims and branding complexity.
Before bulk production, the buyer should approve:
- Fabric composition, GSM and color
- Fit, measurements and size chart
- Hoodie construction and workmanship
- Printing, embroidery or patch details
- Labels, trims and packaging
- Final order quantity and size breakdown
The approved sample and confirmed specification then become the reference for material preparation, cutting, sewing, branding, finishing and inspection.
MOQ and Bulk Production
Standard hoodie programs usually start from 100–300 pieces per style. Custom-dyed fabrics, special colors or more complex private-label programs normally require 300–500 pieces per style/color or more.
Bulk production is generally around 25–40 days after sample approval and specification confirmation. Actual timing depends on material preparation, order quantity, garment construction, branding and packaging requirements.
For an accurate quotation, buyers should provide the hoodie style, quantity by color, fabric or GSM preference, size range, artwork, label requirements, packaging details, destination and requested delivery time.
